Since launching Beloved by Lindsey in 2019, she has photographed over 400 women, creating a safe and upliftings pace in her home studio.

I’m nervous to attend. Do I have to speak in front of the group?
We’ve got you. It’s normal to feel nervous at first attending our retreats, especially with topics as personal as sex and intimacy, and your personal history regarding sex in your relationship.
Your privacy is respected and confidentiality is assured. There’s no requirement to speak in front of the group. There’s plenty of opportunity to learn from others, and you’re welcome to share your experience and perspective if you want to.
What if we’ve done the in-person retreat?
Perfect! This cruise deepens the work with live coaching, fresh exercises, and time carved out for pleasure and reconnection. Take your progress to the next level with a week long escape, full of romance, bonding and adventure (in and outside the bedroom).
My spouse is excited but I'm hesitant...
We’ve got you. It’s totally normal to be in a marriage where one spouse is more interested in sexual intimacy.
We believe and teach that the best sexual experiences do not include pressure, control, or performance. We take a balanced approach.
Our goal is to help both of you learn how to deepen your sexual capacity in your marriage.
This retreat experience caters to the lower-desire spouse just as much as it does for the higher desire spouse.
Will we have downtime to explore ports?
Absolutely! Teaching blocks are scheduled on sea days (Mon & Fri mornings) with Cozumel, Roatán, and Costa Maya afternoons free for your own adventures. If you aren’t interested in leaving the ship, you will have plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation onboard.
What does my fee include?
Your stateroom category, the full GYMO program (pre-cruise Zoom + onboard sessions), 1:1 coaching opportunities, included boudoir session, and group activities/challenges. Cruise inclusions (dining, entertainment, etc.) follow Royal Caribbean’s policies; upgrades/incidentals are additional.
Is there nudity or live demonstrations?
Absolutely not. This is not that kind of retreat. It’s squeeky clean!
Our approach is not about giving you a list of sexual behaviors or techniques to try. Rather, we discuss intimacy as the foundation for a healthy marriage. We take an honest and realistic approach and giving you practical tools to seeing yourselves in a new light in your relationship.
We also challenge you to push yourself to grow in areas that promote a healthy and sustainable, long-term passionate marriage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable.
The remainder of your package is refundable until April 15th, 2026.
When do we need to be at the Texas port for departure?
Cruise experts often recommend arriving a day early so you don’t miss your boarding time in the case of flight delays. Any accommodations before/after the cruise will be at your own expense.
You will be notified with more information regarding boarding times after booking.
What documentation do I need?
Passports: Make sure your passport is valid per destination requirements; review cruise line travel document guidance when booking.
How do I get to the cruise?
After purchasing your package you’ll receive more detailed information from Royal Caribbean.
You will be responsible for your own flights into/out of Houston area airports (HOU or IAH), as well as transfer to Galveston Cruise Port (about 1–1.5 hours depending on traffic).
Cruise experts often recommend arriving a day early so you don’t miss your boarding time in the case of flight delays. Any accommodations before/after the cruise will be at your own expense.
Embarkation day (Sun, Oct 4): Ship departs 4:00 PM. Watch for more information about your boarding time and plan to arrive at the terminal with plenty of time for check-in.
Debarkation (Sat, Oct 10): Arrives 7:00 AM. Return flight timing should account for disembarkation & transfer.
Do I need to be a Christian to attend?
This is open to all people and faiths. Although the presenters’ personal beliefs are Christian, and are familiar with issues unique to the Christian culture in their private coaching practice, the material presented at this retreat is applicable to all couples seeking a more meaningful and intimate relationship. This is not an overtly religious experience but is faith-affirming.
