If sex isn’t entirely satisfying for you,
you need this seminar.

The fastest way to strengthen your marriage is by improving the sexual connection.

However, in most marriages:

  • Couples want sex to be more meaningful and fun
  • Women report sex is less satisfying than men report
  • Women judge the quality of the sexual experience relative to their husband’s pleasure and desires for frequency
  • Men feel pressure to carry the weight and responsibility of the sexual relationship
  • Women struggle with being present and not distracted during sex compared to men–but both men and women feel some anxiety or frustration.
  • Women feel shame and confusion about their sexuality
  • Couples struggle with effectively problem-solving their sexual concerns

One’s sexual satisfaction and sense of sexual wholeness is measured by far more than just orgasms, frequency, techniques, and behaviors (like oral sex). Healthy sex is nurturing, replenishing, and healing

But how do you have sex so worthwhile it’s worth losing an hour of sleep over?

Men and women can learn to make sex more meaningful with a little effort. There isn’t a Viagra or magic pill for women. But there’s something even more effective with longer-lasting results. Sexual mindfulness helps overcome so many common problems and provides a way for couples to connect on a deeper level.

Helping Couples Achieve Deeper Intimacy Through Mindfulness

Dr. Chelom Leavitt, PhD, is the founder of the The Sexual Mindfulness Project.

She’s a world-renowned expert at bridging mindfulness and sexuality.

Her research has consistently shown that her methods help women and couples not only significantly improve satisfaction in their sexual relationship, but has given women and couples a new vision for what a sex can do for them

Dr. Leavitt’s work has been regarded by clinicians and sexuality researchers as a breakthrough in helping women and couples approach sex with more openness and joy. She is a popular speaker and author of many peer-reviewed journal articles and books on sexuality in marriage.

Dr. Leavitt is teaching her inspiring methods in an exclusive, easy-to-understand, three-week online seminar. This is the first time she’s offering her methods to the general public.

It’s More Than Just Sexual Satisfaction

Dr. Leavitt’s methods have shown to significantly improve sexual relationships within marriage, in addition to the benefits listed above.

This works because by practicing to be more present and self-aware in the moment, you learn how to decrease unnecessary anxiety. Unnecessary anxiety is linked to low sexual satisfaction and lower sexual functioning. But by managing and lowering one’s anxiety through sexual mindfulness, it leads to more awareness and being non-judgmental in an intimate setting. This opens the door to higher sexual satisfaction.

Refreshing way to live

“A lot of the time you think you can just kind of go through life, just kind of push through. Learning that you don’t have to do it that way, that you can take time for yourself, was actually really refreshing.”

Builds trust and affection

“This whole notion of the low-level sexual experiences is new to me, and I really like it. I feel like it builds trust and affection in each other.”

Simple but powerful

“Simple, easy to understand, but mind blowing at the same time.”
“Life-changing!”
