What’s Group Coaching Like?
Groups are limited to 6-10 men. Our group setting provides a camaraderie with other men in similar marriage situations.
Coaching is held each week over zoom. Sessions are confidential and are 90 minutes long. Replays are available in case you miss a meeting.
You will have at least two opportunities to be in the hot seat over the 14 weeks.
In between meetings, you have access to a private chat group for only members of the group, to support and encourage each other.
As your coach, I will push and stretch you a little bit beyond your comfort zone, because growth is on the other side. Live coaching helps you see your blind spots and improve your marriage like never before.

I help you put research-proven theories into action in your marriage so that you get results.
Meetings are confidential and held over Zoom. They’re recorded and shared only with members of the group. You can catch the replay if you miss a meeting.
We have room for only 10 men for this cohort to keep it close-knit.
Every week prior to our meeting you’ll get a video introducing a topic + meaningful homework assignments.
Material is taught from a Christian perspective but those of all faiths are welcome.

We’re meeting over Zoom. Will I be on camera?
No, you will not be on camera. This is presented as a webinar format where you see the presenters but the presenters don’t see you. You can still interact, if you want, through a Q&A chat. We respect your privacy.
If I have a question, can I ask it anonymously?
Yes. Our retreat set up includes the ability for you to ask questions and interact with us anonymously.
Will there be nudity or live demonstrations?
No, there will be no nudity or live demonstrations, however, some of the handouts and slides will include tastefully drawn illustrations and diagrams to be helpful.
Do I need to be a Christian to attend?
Although the content is taught from a Christian perspective, people of all faiths are welcome to attend. This isn’t a religious event (no bible verses or public prayer is planned).
That being said, all content is research-based and is in line with our values: that sex is a gift from God, is incredible and has a lot of depth, can be very bonding, nourishing, creative, and fun, and is best expressed in the commitment and covenant of marriage.

What does the program cost?
The program is $899. You can also pay it in 6 chunks of $149 / month for six months.
Is there flexibility for busy schedules?
Yes! A replay of each night’s session is available to you. You can watch or listen to the replay from the Next Level app or your favorite podcast player.
You can also participate in the private discussion group in between meetings. Your coach is available via email for other questions you have outside of meetings as well.
In addition, you will get to choose your night for your Hot Seat. This flexibility makes it possible to work around your schedule.
