On February 14th of this year, OpenAI relaxed its policies on explicit content generation in ChatGPT. This is a great step forward in using this incredible tool to help couples enhance their sexy play time!

Although ChatGPT is just a complex computer algorithm, it’s good at mimicry and repackaging whatever training data it was given. Some of the training data for ChatGPT includes sexy stories, and with a little creativity you can use this to your advantage as you plan a sexy date night at home.
Include in your prompt a brief description about your personalities, what you like, and what boundaries or limits. Try adjusting this prompt for a sexy story to get you both in the mood for connection:

First, screenshot your calendar and paste it into ChatGPT, with this prompt:

Second, discuss a meal plan.
“You’re my assistant to help me with meal planning that optimizes my time according to my schedule next week. Help me prepare meal ideas my family of 8 will eat. Be strategic in what preparations I can do ahead of time (such as a suggestion to cut extra vegetables on one day to be used in the meal on the following day, or preparing a slow cooker the night before). Our family does not eat seafood. We eat a lot of vegetables. We like chicken and ground beef for some meals. We like pasta dishes and rice (Asian) dishes. I have a full stove, oven, slow cooker, air fryer, and electric skillet.“
ChatGPT can suggest meals. Pro tip: when asking for recipes, click on the “Deep Research” button and ask for links to websites that have that recipe and to organize the recipes in order by day for the meals you’ll be preparing. I suggest this because sometimes ChatGPT’s recipes can make mistakes and I trust a web page’s human-created recipe instead of a generative AI’s recipe.

Create a shopping list:
“Prepare a shopping list organized by department (produce, meat, bakery, etc.) of the items I need for next week’s meals.“
5. Guided Choose-your-own-adventure Sex Date
What about a sexy date night at home where you decide what happens next? Give this prompt a try and see what exciting adventures await you!:
