Are You Missing Out on This Intimacy-Boosting Secret?

Have you ever wondered if your fantasies are normal—or even if you have any at all? You’re not alone! Many people feel unsure or even guilty about their desires, but the truth is, fantasies are a natural and exciting part of human sexuality.

This week in our Facebook group, a member asked if fantasies always involve other people. My first thought was, “No, of course not!” But then I realized—if one person has this question, many others probably do too. I know I did when I was first married!

Now that I understand more about fantasies and what they can add to my marriage, intimacy feels so much more exciting. Simply put, fantasies can be anything from imagining an intimate moment with your spouse later that night to dreaming about making love on a tropical beach or trying something completely new together.

Here are some of the most common types of fantasies:

🔥 Exploration & Adventure – Trying new experiences, like role-playing or an unfamiliar setting.

⚡ Power Dynamics – The thrill of dominance, submission, or surrendering control.

👀 Voyeurism & Exhibitionism – The excitement of watching or being watched (even using a mirror!).

🚀 Taboo Fantasies – The allure of the “forbidden” (within safe, consensual boundaries).

💖 Romantic & Emotional Fantasies – Deep connection, passionate encounters, and fairy-tale romance.

Fantasies aren’t something to fear or feel ashamed of—they can actually deepen intimacy, boost confidence, and help you explore your desires in a healthy way. Whether they stay in your imagination or are shared with your partner, they can be a beautiful way to connect.

Don't miss out!
