A team of researchers conducted a study to explore what people report as their peak sexual experiences, aiming to find common patterns. They asked participants to recall and write about their best, most memorable, earth-shattering sexual encounters—the kinds that bring a smile to your face as you think about them.

The Surprising Findings
The researchers’ findings were surprising, yet not entirely unexpected. When they read the journal accounts from men, nine out of ten centered, in detail, around the pleasure their partner was experiencing. Ninety percent of men wrote far more about what and how their partner was experiencing the moment than their own pleasure. They described how watching their partner enjoy the moments made the experience meaningful to them.
The Generosity of Male Sexuality
This highlights an inspiring aspect of male sexuality. Male sexuality is inherently generous. Men truly delight in giving generously to their wives and genuinely want to provide their wives with sexual pleasure.
For women, it might seem paradoxical, but it echoes the reverse of Acts 20:35: “It is more blessed to receive than to give.” As I wrote about last week, when women center their own pleasure in the sexual experience, it leads to a better experience for both partners.

This week, I encourage you to try making your intimate experiences more female-centric and see how it blesses both of you. Focus on the pleasure and satisfaction of the woman, and observe the positive impact it has on your connection and overall sexual fulfillment.
